Collaborate with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to design a structured and inclusive special education program that meets the diverse needs of students. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Establish systems for ongoing assessment and progress monitoring to track student development and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Establish a framework for continuous program evaluation, including regular feedback loops and opportunities for improvement based on student outcomes and feedback.

Analyze the environmental, social, and academic factors contributing to behavioral challenges. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to develop personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
